GA Standard S3E1: Students will investigate the physical attributes of rocks and soils.
Task: Choose a rock from your egg carton rock collection and write a riddle describing its size, shape, texture, color and any other feature for friend to identify.
Which rock am I?
I am a rock that is very shiny. I am a metamorphic rock. I am a brown rock with gold stripes on me. Some rocks wish that they were me because, I have gold stripes. I think that I am just a regular rock.

My rock is shaped like a triangle. When you scratch me minerals will come off. It will get smaller and smaller, but it's not small yet. My rock's color is gray and white. It is very sparkly inside of my rock. It kind of looks like a shark's tooth. My rock is a sedimentary rock. If you find one that looks like my rock, it is probably not my rock.

I am a smooth soft rock. I'm shaped like a diamond a little bit. I'm tan and I'm brown. I have a little bit of scratches in the middle. I have a flat sides, not in the middle on the sides that's all.
